Job Description:

• To create,prepare and implement the QA/QC plan and any associated and relevant directives and instructions needed to support the plan.
• To develop and manage the quality control and quality assurance procedures and ensure works are up to the specifications.
• To Perform needed tests on site to ensure works are done according to the contract specifications.
• To prepare inspection reports
• Attend meetings and liaise with the client to ensure that quality requirement is being followed at all times.
• Maintain document record master list pertaining to equipment’s & monitor on the calibrations.
• Perform other activities as per instruction by Project Manager / Engineer.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification : Diploma in Engineering Discipline
• Minimum 1 years of Experience in Coatings for Marine, Oil & Gas with NACE Level 2 Certified

Responsibilities:

Take charge of new equipment installations, process modifications, support equipment preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

• New equipment specification confirmation, purchasing, installation, and commissioning
• Carry out modifications
• Conduct design review
• Equipment troubleshooting
• Equipment trouble root cause analysis

Responsible for workplace safety and health activities in Process development section programs

• Plan for yearly SOM
• Implement section program to achieve KPIs

Lead and manage ECR reduction and closure

• Investigate cause and execute solutions on time

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired specifications

• Review all vendor contracts and recommend the performance of contractors
• Conduct vendor service performance audit
• Liaise with the HQ Technical Team for process improvement and equipment issues

Engineering Standard creations

• Create and review the USP Engineering Standard (USPES)
• Discuss with related sections to review USPES
• Provide USPES training for related sections

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of Electrical & Instrumentation (E & I) Engineering experience
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Able to read Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) drawings
• Strong experience in different kinds of motorized equipment service and troubleshooting
• Good leadership and supervision skills to guide and coach team members

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Shipping

• Coordination of shipment information and documentation between stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, banks, shippers)
• Work closely with the Project Department and Commercial & Procurement Department regarding shipments
• Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified
• Prepare shipping documents - invoice, packing list, LC, shipping guarantee, letter of indemnity
• Check & follow up on documents - invoice, DO, PO
• Verify documents according to order and invoices (quantity, description, price etc.)
• Ensure completeness of shipment
• Update shipping register & master Trade Receivables (TR) list
• Maintain all physical files related to stated duties

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma in any engineering or proven experience in project management and procurement in the oil & gas industry

- Proficiency in MS Office applications or any other similar project/tender management applications.

- Expertise preferable in any of the products (structural, piping & fittings, and valves)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
