MAIN PURPOSE

The role of a Demand & Supply Planning Executive is to support the overall business, financial & supply chain management process by rigorous management of the demand signals for the various brands, product types and customer channels.

DEMAND PLANNING

• Facilitate local outbound documentations for Intra-regional transfers
• Manage inventory to meet service/fill rate level in a cost-effective manner
• Follow up on shipments for product launches and promos, expedite IVAS for urgent needs
• Partner with key stakeholders regularly and communicate any updates
• Provide & communicate Inventory analysis reports, Vendors’ & Customers’ fill rates, stock shortage risks with Brands’ stakeholders

The Senior Executive, Brand & Marketing plays a key role within the Brand & Marketing Team, supporting and executing marketing strategies at the Singapore Cluster level. He or she will report directly to the Manager, Brand & Marketing and will be responsible for maintaining the overall branding, optimising marketing efforts and driving customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

Branding:

1. Ensure brand consistency and relevance across all touchpoints, including the brand website, in-language sites, advertising, customer communications and product packaging

2. Lead brand-level activations aligned with brand signatures, and reinforcing the brand's positioning and value propositions

3. Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to assess and refine brand strategy

4. Oversee the development of marketing materials, advertisements and promotional contents to ensure they align with brand guidelines

Marketing:

1. Assist in the conceptualisation, management and optimisation of the marketing calendar and integrated campaigns across digital, traditional and experiential channels

2. Plan and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate direct bookings and contribute to revenue growth

3. Support the management of the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximise ROI and optimise as necessary

4. Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data analytics and making data-driven adjustments to optimise results

Loyalty Programmes:

1. Lead the execution of loyalty programs for guests and corporate bookers, and ensure they align with brand objectives

2. Assist in the conceptualisation and implementation of loyalty marketing campaigns designed to increase member acquisitions, revenues and retention

Administrative Support:

1. Provide administrative assistance to the Sales & Marketing Team

2. Coordinate the creation of branded marketing gifts and products with internal and external teams, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines

3. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

1. Stakeholder Engagement

• Establish strong rapport and close communications with Partners through an integrated Account Management approach
• Work with Partners to drive plans that support their aspirations and development and facilitate collaborations with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
• Support Partners on operations-related matters, including implementation of services / initiatives, compliance with licensing and service requirements, and feedback management

2. Programme Management

• Support capacity development of Home Care and Centre-based services
• Support management of programme deliverables, track progress and ensure compliance to development of programmes and implementation timelines
• Assist with driving improvement in operational processes as well as delivery of care services

3. Sector Operations Administration

• Review data from progress reports and develop insights on trends in utilisation of programmes / services
• Assist Partners to source for funding and resources from relevant teams and agencies (including working with them to craft proposals, if necessary) to support growth plans
• Assist in other responsibilities arising from new developments in programmes / services

• Minimum 5 years of relevant healthcare experience
