Responsibilities:

• Receive daily pricing requests for various shipments from both existing and potential agents within the company network.
• Review ad-hoc and RFQ, RFP, and RFI documents, and compile final pricing.
• Request pricing from shipping lines and co-loaders.
• Coordinate with local and overseas vendors and partners to obtain competitive pricing.
• Review all received pricing for accuracy and completeness, ensuring quality checks on RFQs.
• Provide competitive and timely pricing for daily inquiries and requests.
• Provide feedback and review internal and external pricing structures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines, and co-loaders.
• Monitor costing and billing processes.
