Responsibilities

· Greet and escort customers to their tables

Duties

Job Summary:

As an F&B Operations Manager at White Knights Group, you will ensure the efficient and effective management of multiple outlets. You will oversee daily operations, develop and manage staff, plan schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards. Your role will also involve strategic responsibilities such as training, auditing, recruitment, and the continuous improvement of operational performance. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet and assist customers with queries, making product recommendations and upselling food and beverage items.
• Take customer orders, handle payments, and process transactions through the POS system.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure ingredients are prepared, condiments are topped up, and stations are well-stocked.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Clear cups, plates, and clean tables after meals; carry out washing duties as necessary.
