Job Scope:
- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.
- Participates in exhibitions and manage social medica platforms
- Promotes and secures orders from existing and potential customers through a relationship-based approach
- Always communication by calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to acquire competitive price and service as well as products in good quality
- Maintain a CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Reporting to management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
- Gather and analyze data to develop insights that drive informed decision-making
- Continuously improve sales skills through training, workshops, and self-directed learning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and industry best practices
Job Requirement:
- At least degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or 2 years working experiences in sales or marketing.
- Experince in construction product is a plus
- Proficiency in marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Ability to create and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies.
- Knowledge of target audience analysis, segmentation, and targeting.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges
- Attend to emergency call and able to work during public holiday or weekend
- Willing for travel for on-site client meetings
- Required to attend or participate exhibition or project until late night as scheduled
- Willing to travel islandwide with own transportation arrangement.
- 6 working days per week
