Job Responsibilities

• To assist with all operation and administrative duties to ensure a smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Extend warm greetings to guests upon arrival and usher the guests to allocated seats.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve them.
• Handle phone enquiries, take guest reservations and review daily reservations booked.
• Handle enquiries and group bookings for baby showers, birthday, anniversary and corporate dining.
• Monitor guests’ needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders and tables’ requests.
• Perform cashiering duties as and when required.
• Manage guest relations and handle feedback concerning food and services.
• Work with Marketing Team for marketing strategies and promotions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry
• Proficiency in computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
