Singapore Aquatics (SAQ) is the governing body for the aquatic sports of swimming, water polo, diving and artistic swimming in Singapore as a member of the World Aquatics. SAQ is charged with the development and education of aquatic players, officials, coaches and volunteers throughout Singapore and with the conduct of competitions and programs for all levels of participation.

SPORTS EXECUTIVE (ARTISTIC SWIMMING & DIVING)
- PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE
Report to the Sport Director (Artistic Swimming & Diving) in support of the Vice President of the respective disciplines. To support the growth and development of diving and artistic swimming in Singapore. Assist in optimising the daily training environment for athletes and coaches as well as supporting the delivery of local and international events and programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- High Performance and Pathway Support
· Support the delivery and implementation of sport science services as required.
- Assist in data collection, recording, and reporting to assist the national coaching teams in training and competition planning.
- Take on the role of team manager for overseas competitions.
- Assist in the maintenance and preparation of the daily training environment.
- Support scheduling and communication of training plans.
- Administration
- Monitor expenses and ensure compliance (audit governance) with policies of the Association and Sports Singapore.
- Administer and support the membership database for all diving and artistic swimming registered athletes.
- Maintenance and procurement of training equipment, expendables and consumables.
- Manage finance tracking for events, programs, training, and coach education.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
3. Logistics, Travel, Organisation of Events, Competitions, programs
- Assist in the delivery of programs and events from proposal to implementation.
- Administer the registration process for events, programs, and coach education.
- Manage the volunteer management framework to cater for artistic swimming and diving events and programs
- Analyse registration statistics and compile accurate reports whenever needed.
- Conduct surveys with event participants and other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Assist in the organisation of domestic and international trips and travel as required.
4. Program Coordination:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the program with organisational objectives and long-term goals.
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of educational programs, including workshops, seminars, and certification courses.
- Work closely with sports managers, instructors, and facilitators, to ensure smooth Program delivery.
- Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of programs.
- Analyse feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance course content and delivery.
- Promote both traditional and technology-driven methods to deliver effective training programs.
5. Marketing and Communications
- Work with the Marketing team to develop appropriate promotional materials, using brand guidelines.
- Promote the event through various marketing channels to attract participants and spectators.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and participation in artistic swimming.
- Collaborate with media and communication teams to highlight achievements and promote the sport.
- Organise and manage events, clinics, and outreach programs to engage the community and attract new participants.
6. Professional Skills, Key Qualities and Other Requirements
- Diploma / Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Physical Education, Sports Management or any sports-related fields.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS-Office applications.
- A dynamic and mature person with a strong passion for sports.
- Possess good interpersonal communications and writing skill.
- Possess initiative with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work well under pressure to meet agreed schedules/deadlines
