ROLE OVERVIEW

The Outlet Manager, Mandala Club acts as the FACE of the club and a brand ambassador, embodying the ethos, philosophies, and spirit of the company and how we conduct ourselves with members and non-members at all times. The individual collaborates closely with the Reception Manager and the Membership team to deliver quality assurance whilst entertaining our Patrons throughout their stay at the Club.

Aside from the duty of daily operations, the Outlet Manager's key focus is taking charge of Event Execution in collaboration with the S&E and Culture Teams under the supervision of the Club Operations Manager.

Summary

This position is responsible for addressing inquiries and feedback from guests and various channels. Ensuring that VIPs and CIPs are assigned appropriate rooms and that their accommodations are satisfactory prior to their arrival.

Responsibilities

· Handling of Reception / Front Desk duties including but not limited to checking-in and checking-out of hotel guests.

POSITION SUMMARY:

- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.

- Ensure that all correspondence are replied within 24 hours.

- Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. Verify availability of room type and rate.

- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.

- Accommodate and document special requests.

- Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.

- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input and access data in reservation system.

Operational Administrative Duties

• Helps to promote a friendly PR culture at the venues, communicates regularly with customers to obtain feedback and monitors trends.
• Assists DOR to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Assists in coordinating venue, POS programming and issues.
• Work together with DOR and venue management. Identifies and resolves operational issues and strives to develop alternative/improved job methods and improved workflow.
• Takes all necessary/prompt action to understand and resolve discrepancies in stock/other cash security issues.
• Provides feedback and ideas to help further develop and establish marketing and promotional activities for the venues and review/research customer satisfaction.
• Ensures all onsite marketing is implemented on time and in the correct manner.
• Works with the Kitchen Chefs to ensure best food quality and Grade A hygiene standards.
