1. Overall Job Scope and responsibilities

The production/operations intern reports to the Factory Manager and is responsible for efficiency of manufacturing and overall factory management. Successful candidate will be exposed to factory management & operations; functional ingredients production and formulations; supply chain/logistics planning to ensure streamline production and timely fulfilment of order.

Specific tasks include:

Factory Production

• Manufacturing of functional ingredients, premixes and functional food.
• Factory equipment production process optimization

Your main duties will probably include:

1. Explore & develop creative post and reels for marketing purposes including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
2. Craft and assist the team in planning marketing strategies to further the agency's marketing efforts
3. Assist in the posting of social media contents across the social media platforms
4. Produce, shoot, and edit content for our social media platforms
5. Provide external event support for the marketing team

Requirements for this position include:

1. Well-versed with Adobe software, Canva, Capcut, and other social media editing software
2. Possess experience and knowledge in filming and editing social media content
3. Passionate about content creation and knowledgeable about the latest changes in social media apps (e.g. TikTok, Instagram)

5. Independent, communicative, and proactive team worker

6. Help create reels and video to sell our services, educate our customers more on our product and help to influence to understand the importance and benefits of using external cleaning vendors to help with their daily cleaning duties at home.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research for NPD.
• Assist in packaging checks.
• Check and screen through PR emails which consist of sponsorships, product feedback and enquiries.
• Participate and help the marketing team in events
• Assist in setting up product evaluation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

• Independent, proactive, and able to work as a team in ambiguous environment

Job Description

1. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

2. Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

3. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

4. Actively seek out customers in store and handling cashier, payment

5. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and products promotion

6. Process POS (point of sale) purchases/Cashiering

7. Handle returns of merchandise

8. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

9. Comply with inventory control procedures (weekly and yearend inventory)

10. Help in picking for Online orders

11. Do other task as assigned by Management

Mon-Fri = 9:00am to 6:00pm (No OT)

Sat = 9am to 1pm
