Job Purpose

• Support Head (Kitchen) in overseeing the operations of 1 Institutional Kitchen in meals productions, ensuring timely delivery, food safety and quality standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in the overall management of 1 Institutional Kitchen, ensuring service levels are being met.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of meals according to dietary requirements and food hygiene standards.
