Purpose：
This is the first International C&B manager role and will have important impact by further professionalizing our total rewards programs that underpin our culture and drive our growth agenda.
This role can be based in (Shenzhen/Suzhou/Hong Kong, China; or Singapore), to support our international entities in India, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Brazil, US and Europe .

This role requires to engage with global and local HR leaders, finance, legal and business stakeholders on all levels that are needed to drive the total rewards agenda

Responsibilities：
1. Lead and manage all aspects of C&B programs including Job & Pay structure, industry benchmarking analytics, performance & bonus plans, etc.
2. Be the subject expert to both senior management and HR with regards to (design of) reward programs and policies. Effective collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and other HR functions is crucial.
3. Professionalize the annual manpower budget in line with deadlines and guidelines
4. Define and develop the C&B programs and activities to meet the company short-term or long-term objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness
5. Lead/manage routine C&B related processes e.g. budgeting, salary planning, merit increase, incentive scheme, etc.
6. Lead C&B projects e.g. marmonization of job titling and pay grading for different entities.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder or above in HR management or other related disciplines
2. Minimum 8 years solid global/regional C&B experience in MNC
3. Experience in Total Rewards consulting firms is an advantage
Strong logical thinking and data analytical skills
4. Good communication and outstanding problem-solving ability;
5. Fluent in written and oral English, Mandarin skill is a Plus;

Job Summary

The Revenue Analyst is responsible for the analysis of revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel rooms and space inventory. Position prepares forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections and analyzes the progress of each. The Revenue Analyst develops and/or uses analytical tools and systems to maximize revenues and profit. Position critiques sales strategy effectiveness and prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities. The position also manage and maintain hotel inventory and revenue management systems.

Revenue Analysis

• Provides revenue analysis functional expertise to property leadership and sales leaders.
• Extracts and analyzes data in order to draw viable/actionable business conclusions.
• Prepares forecasts of revenue, profit, demand and occupancy for rooms and function space – three-month and six month, long range and budget.

Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and systems. Ensure AV equipment is fully operational, repair or clean equipment when necessary. • Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
• Communicate effectively with servers and bartenders to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a bar or nightclub setting.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers.

Responsibilities include:
-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliancy
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks

• Create and execute campaigns that enhance brand’s image.
• Ensure all brand collaterals, contracts, payment platforms and brand platforms are prepared in time for launch.
• Handle the daily e-commerce operations which includes customer enquiries, order processing, monitoring stock status.
• Develop digital marketing strategies, e-commerce projects/campaigns and integrated brand plans.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mass Communication or equivalent
• At least 3 years of brand marketing experience in the F&B Industry.
• Proficient in all social media/e-commerce platforms.
