PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Junior Sous Chef is under the direct supervision of the Sous Chef and assumes the daily operations of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef. • Ensure that the Waiters and Waitresses in their sections are able to describe the dishes for the evening and any extra dishes (specials) properly and are well groomed, properly attired and efficient.
• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of in the Restaurant and connected areas or pantries.
• Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Restaurant, including but not limited to glassware, plate and crockery.
• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in Implementing and developing of training programs.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

An ambassador to Capella Singapore & The Club Residences by Capella Singapore, the Senior Club Executive provides assistance to tenants and guest by assisting with reservations, accounting procedures, handling of complaints or enquiries and all other the day-to-day operation matters of the Club Residences. • Build good rapport with all individuals including internal and external
• Assist in making reservations such as walk in reservation
• Present folio to guest and resolve and disputed charges
