WHAT'S THE JOB

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensures that accounts receivable and billing policies and procedures are properly implemented and in compliance with Hotel’s standards.

2. Ensures that the daily opening and closing report on the balances tally with the Opera system.

3. Ensures that the F&B daily credit card and city ledger transactions are accurately charged to the various accounts and entered accurately into the system in a timely basis.

4. Performs checks to ensure that all city ledger bills from F&B outlets are posted into the system tally with postings in the city ledger accounts.

Education & Work Experience

• Dispose of kitchen waste in a safe and hygienic manner.
• Separate recyclable materials from food waste and ensure proper disposal methods.
• Ensure personal hygiene, including wearing the proper uniform and protective gear like gloves and hairnets.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination or accidents in the kitchen.
• Assist in the basic maintenance of kitchen equipment, reporting any faults or malfunctions to the kitchen manager.

• Provide general support to chefs and cooks during busy periods.
• Run errands or perform small tasks as directed by senior kitchen staff.

Strong experience in Chinese cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice

Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages

Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment

Able to work night shift and split shift

Able to work ot on weekends and public holiday
