The Food & Beverage Operations Manager assists the Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. Key Responsibilities:

Activation Management

• Respond within four (4) hours notice to a disaster area to act as Response Director, managing relief operations on the ground, or in rare cases, remotely.

The Chef de Partie is responsible for the supervision of the assigned kitchen’s operation to achieve and maintain the highest standards of food quality preparation and guest satisfaction.

Food quality

• Responsible for monitoring food quality and consistency to ensure that the food presented to our guest is of the highest quality standards.
