Job Summary

The Chef-de-Partie plays a more active role with the Sous Chef to ensure the kitchen is fully prepared to execute and present our guests with delectable dishes. The Head Chef drives Kitchen activities at the restaurant and is ultimately responsible for all food related matters.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operations

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of kitchen operations.
