About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join our managed Healthcare team to drive the development and expansion of our Healthcare service provider network.

What You'll be Doing

• Build strong and strategic relationships & partnerships with new and existing panel providers to drive improved value & outcomes for our patients and ensure that quality of care and operational targets are achieved.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of operational activities including project management, reporting, implementation, problem resolution and other activities to facilitate strong relationships with providers.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with a positive approach.
• Provide support in panel management, panel recruitment and engagement to facilitate seamless delivery of services.
• Provide insights to the development, review, and negotiation and of provider contracts.
• Manage communication with providers including escalations & resolutions to issues, provide advisory to providers regarding current processes, new or updated policies and procedures.
• Monitor, review, report and conduct analysis on provider performance, metrics and data such as billing, utilization, referrals, benefit design and service quality for operational and business planning.
• Review potential business opportunities, functional models, process improvements, and propose optimal solutions that enhances service efficiency, patience-centered care and patient experience.
• Drive improvement in patient care management.
• Support any other ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.

Job Roles

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Provide preventive care services, including screenings, physical exams, immunisation and health counseling.
• Managing of acute and chronic illnesses
• Provide referral to patients if specialist check-ups are required.
• Perform simple/minor procedures in a clinic setting e.g. blood taking, ear syringing and pap smear.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

• MBBS/ MD degree
• Full medical registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and a valid practicing certificate
• Ability to provide teleconsultation will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide individualized Occupational Therapy intervention for children with a wide range of developmental challenges (eg. motor coordination disorder, sensory processing disorder, or autism spectrum disorder)
• Conduct group Occupational Therapy classes if required (eg. in the areas of handwriting and socialization)
• Establish good therapist – parent relationships through regular feedback and open communication. This includes providing parents and caregivers with updates on the child’s progress and relevant home strategies and recommendations after each session with the child.
• Be proactive in keeping abreast of developments in the field of Paediatric Occupational Therapy
• Able to commit to work on weekends (Saturday / Sunday)

Requirements

• Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)

• Contribute to the development and management of our providers network through proactive sourcing, recruitment and engagement of the panel of clinics including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Diagnostics, Physiotherapy clinics.
• Conduct training to panel providers as required.
• Identifying and remediating operational short-falls and claims.
• Negotiate contracting and re-contracting process with healthcare service providers within corporate guidelines and ensure that all services provided are delivered according to SLAs.
• Maintain monthly statistical reports to facilitate benchmarking and performance management of network operations for management decision making.
• Manage and maintain system data relating to new codes, accounts, pricing, etc.
• Gather and analyze claims paid data, utilization data and benefit design information to assist in the development of strategies for contracting and re-contracting.
• Provide feedback to providers regarding their performance under the terms of their contract, identify and address quality of care and service issues.

What We Are Looking for

• Prior experience in Provider Relations/Provider Contracting role within a TPA/medical insurance environment is preferred but not essential.
• Possess industry knowledge related to managed Healthcare services will be an added advantage.
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional eye for details.
• Passionate about driving change to improve business outcomes.
• Advanced level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution.

Job Description

• Ensure the safety and dignity of each Jaga-Me’s patient is upheld at all times
• Escalate any problems encountered in a patient's condition and/or in the handling of patients and/or caregivers to respective departments
• Work closely with the Medical Director in carrying out home medical/nursing care
• Provide caregiver training, wound care, nasogastric tube management, PICC line and port-a-cath management
• Initiate nursing care plan and implement management measures
• Refer patients to other healthcare providers and professionals such as inpatient hospice and specialized counsellor when the need arises for respite care or symptom control

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board License
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Restructured Hospital or Home Care setting
• Preferably with Palliative Care/Gerontology/Oncology training or background
• Able to execute with dedication and teamwork
• Excellent people skills to navigate challenging situations and facilitate alignment of different priorities
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy
• Able to commit to standby for cases if rostered on weekdays from 6pm to 8pm and weekends from 8am to 2pm with overtime pay
• Those who are competent in IV cannulation and blood taking procedures and able to work night shift from 8pm to 8am are encouraged to apply for permanent full-time/part-time or locum positions.
