Treatment efficacy for all clients undergoing individual psychotherapy or support group programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assessing clinical needs of clients, as well as plan for, and provide treatment, using evidence-based clinical models and treatment modalities. This is inclusive of individual and group psychotherapy/counselling, and crisis intervention.
• Applicants should also be able to modify treatment activities and approaches as needed, in order to comply with changes in clients’ progress and completing discharge plans. As an MSW, you will be responsible for assessing biopsychosocial-spiritual needs of our patients and working closely with multi-disciplinary team to establish a holistic care plan and carry out appropriate interventions which may include counselling and home visit.

You will collaborate with community and social agencies and may support in programs to enhance quality of life of patients and their caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work is required
• At least 3 years of social work experience preferably in clinical setting
• Strong advocate for holistic and patient-centred approach to care of patients with medical condition(s) and/or disability
• Must be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Open to job rotation at different setting ie Acute Inpatient, Community Hospital, Outpatient and Community
• Being a registered member with the Singapore Association of Social Workers

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the pharmacist in the processing of medication orders for inpatient and outpatient dispensing which includes typing, packing, labeling and distribution of drug supplies to the wards and other hospital departments
2. Perform cashier and billing functions
3. Assist in providing quality customer service
4. Receive, unpack and check stocks against the appropriate documents, to ensure that items supplied are correct and accounted for
5. Arrange stocks in FEFO order
6. Topping up of cart-fill orders
7. Assist in repackaging of unit dose including operating machine and perform quality control
8. Topping up of medications into Automated Dispensing Cabinets
9. Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of stocks in the areas of work
10. Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas, and prepare work areas for daily operations
11. Embrace continuous improvements as our way of life by improving and refining work performance on a daily basis
12. Supports the hospital by participating actively in the various activities organized by the hospital. Activities include QC, community projects, staff welfare and recreational activities and etc.
13. Other duties as directed by the supervisors.

Qualification

• Preferably at least a Diploma in healthcare related.
• Candidate who possesses Diploma in Applied Science (Pharmaceutical Science) from Republic Poly will be given training opportunity to be a Pharmacy Technician
