SALES & SERVICE SUPPORT

· Overall responsibility for company LinkedIn page including developing and posting content and ensuring identified objectives are met.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for to oversee the day-to-day operations of Dental clinic.
• Overseeing the follow up of feedback and complaints on clinical matters
• Overseeing the handling of medico-legal complaints to ensure proper investigation and input from staff concerned and where relevant, seeking views and opinions from specialists.
• Co-ordinate with lawyers, Medical Insurers and where relevant, Dental Officers/Dental Surgeons’ insurers to ensure closure of case, after addressing concerns of patient and family members.
• Responsible for manpower planning and strategies implementation to improve work processes and service quality.
• Facilitate patient safety and service quality by reviewing and implementing policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes.
• Maintain JCI / ISO documents.
• Assist in coordination of renovations, inventory control and procurement.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree from a recognised institution
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial capacity with combination of operations management, service quality and customer feedback management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Certificate of Performance - Environmental Control Officer’s Course;

· Certificate of Registration for Workplace Safety and Health Officers;

· Certificate of Registration for Environmental Control Officers.

Years of Experience

· 5 years practicing as an EHS Manager, and;

· Minimum 5 year post registration of Workplace Safety and Health Officers with the Ministry of Manpower.
