As a SAF Fitness Trainer, you shall be assisting the Senior Fitness Trainer for the conducting of fitness training and fitness tests, the check-in and check-out process, the provisions of emergency medical procedures, risk assessment and etc. You shall also be placed on a duty roster for different roles, including but not limited to Duty Instructor and Gym Supervisor. • Conduct group level fitness training following lesson plans
• Conduct fitness assessments such as Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)
• Implement, manage and enforce safe management measures and stipulated rules and regulations

• Perform risk assessment and enforcement of safety measures during training activities

Requirements

• Possess relevant fitness trainer certification, Fitness Instructor Course (FIC), ACE (CPT) or equivalent

• Passed IPPT (if eligible)
