Role Summary/Purpose

The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with onsite operations to ensure the safe execution of task onsite and the compliance all the applicable HSE procedures implementation and regulatory requirements.

He/She will work directly with the Site Operations Leader and the HSE Director or designee to ensure alignment with the business HSE priorities and strategies.

• Experience occupational safety and health, environmental management

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Medical Device Sales Specialist at AGLOW AESTHETICS PTE LTD. You will be responsible for driving the sales and business development of medical aesthetic capital equipment to clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic professionals in Singapore. You will develop strong relationships with healthcare providers, deliver product expertise, and support clients in making informed purchasing decisions. Your focus will be on building a solid client base, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of medical aesthetic capital equipment in Singapore.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities in the aesthetic medical space.
• Understand the competitive landscape and provide solutions that demonstrate value, differentiate products, and meet customer needs.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and hospitals.
• Conduct regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on the technical and clinical benefits of the products.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues related to product usage or performance.

Market Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the aesthetic medical industry.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements.

Product Knowledge & Expertise

• Be a subject matter expert on the company’s medical aesthetic devices, including their technical specifications, clinical applications, and competitive advantages.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical aesthetic technology, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
• Train clients and clinic staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management

• Track and report on sales performance, client engagement activities, and market trends to management.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system to manage prospects, leads, and sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, market reports, and strategic plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctor with consultations as and when required
• Perform patient financial counselling and surgery listing for patients who require surgery
• Address patient queries
• Arrange logistics with medical suppliers and other doctors
• Answer phone calls, register patients, and schedule appointments
• Settle payment and invoices for patients including insurance requirements
• Dispense medication, perform injections and venepuncture
• Keep track of medical billings and invoices
• Perform stock take of drugs and consumables once a month
• Maintain smooth running of clinic operations

Requirements:

•  Minimum Diploma in Nursing
•  Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
•  Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
•  Valid BCLS and AED
•  Pleasant personality, good attitude and able to work in fast-paced setting
•  Patient-oriented
•  Fluency in English
•  Proficiency in Chinse is a plus
•  Able to work 5.5 days a week. Mon to Fri, and Saturday half day
