• Develop medical strategy, medical affairs plan and ensure the integration with disease strategy and alignment with commercial strategies from business and customer areas
• Identify, map and develop regional clinician KOLs in close collaboration with the affiliates and cross-functional teams; maintain the regional KOL database and tools; develop KOL engagement programs and drive guideline update and shape clinical practice with high medical value diagnostic solutions; build and maintain relationship with the top regional KOLs

• Provide medical and scientific support to commercial, market access, patient access and innovation activities as required - Provide training and education to internal stakeholders to build the awareness and expertise on the medical value of diagnostic solutions
• Provide medical governance to the development of medical content, review and approve medical and scientific contents in promotional materials.

The Job Holder will be the key data analyst for Health District@Queenstown (HD) related projects under NUHS, and provide support to fine-tune rapid prototyping and continuous iteration to improve health of residents using a data-driven approach, as well as analyses based on geographical boundaries.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with relevant stakeholders in obtaining necessary datasets.
• Data extraction from accessible databases, merging and cleaning it.

• Perform calculations according to MOH technical manual to determine screening rates in HD.

Job Requirements

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Manager at St Andrew's Nursing Home (Aljunied) in Singapore. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Nurse Manager will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants.
• Responsible for compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
