Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

• To visit clinics and hospitals and meet minimum customer calls per day as per company norms.
• To Build rapport with clinic doctors, purchasers with regular visits and follow- up calls;
• Effectively communicate our product benefits to health care professionals, to drive sales. (Company shall provide training on product knowledge and provide relevant marketing resources)
• To achieve monthly sales targets.
• To be an observant and gather market intelligence of competitors activity and to Provide feedback on regular basis to field manager on sales performance and competition activities;
• To Submit daily call reports, attend weekly review meetings & product training sessions as required;
• Able to work independently and be a self motivator.

Skill & Education Requirements:

• Candidate must possess preferably a diploma in Pharmacy or Business studies. Freshers who is willing to take challenges may apply.
• 1-2 years experience in the industry will be added advantage.

Remunaration :

• Your income will have two parts Basic Salary + Variable Commission based on sales performance
• Transport allowance will be additional.
