We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven beauty sales manager to lead our sales team within the aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aesthetic products and services, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of consultants and therapists
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with company goals.
• Provide training and ongoing development to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clinic’s aesthetic products and services
• Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
• 5 days work week

Requirements

• Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a Beauty Sales Manager or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Resourceful, service-oriented, good management skill\
• Good leadership skills, excellent communications, interpersonal skill and customer service attitude.
• Ability to handle customer’s requests and complaints with grace

• Deliver professional nail services including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services
• Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices
• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients
• Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use
• Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly
• Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked
• Advise clients on nail care and use of products and colors
• Promote and sell nail care products
• Schedule client appointments and accept payments
• Other duties as and when assigned

• Provide direct patient care and support.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.

Clinic Operations

• Act as the person-in-charge, overseeing daily clinic operations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock taking of medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

Manpower Planning

• Assess staffing needs and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Recruit and train new staff as needed.

Financial Management

• Calculate costs for health screening packages to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare quotations and invoices for services rendered.
• Manage corporate billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

The Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of pharmacy operations and assists the head of department in managing wholesale-retail pharmacy sales and services such as handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head of department in managing wholesale-retail pharmacy sales operations.
• Attend to customer enquiries.
• Prepare quotations from customer enquiries.
• Review and authorize prepared quotations to customers.
• Approve prepared customers’ orders picking lists.
• Respond and source for stock for customers.
• Assist in creating new customer accounts.
• Receive customer purchase order, match with quotation and convert to sales order.
• Authorize invoices and DOs to customers.
• Assist in purchasing stock to top-up inventory.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science with commensurate experience in wholesale-retail Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist will have a distinct advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Able to work 5.5 working days with alternate Saturdays off
