Location: Senja and Tampines Care Home

The Senior/ Occupational Therapist develops and provides the rehabitative care and services based on the care model, to residents of the Nursing Home(s). You will work with the residents of the nursing home to achieve optimal independence by improving and restoring their abilities in self-care, daily living, work and leisure. Clinical Care
