Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
· Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for our products and services.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the medical or aesthetic industry.
· Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Proactive and results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
· Good Communication and interpersonal skill both in English and Mandarin
· Result oriented with proven track record
· Able to multitask, and manage time effectively
· Able to work long hours and on weekends & public holidays
