About this role
Novela is proud to announce our new partnership a Global Haircare Brand. As a part of the partnership, we will be opening its first Global flagship in Singapore.
As a Hair Therapist at Novela, you will be the go-to expert for all things haircare. You will get an opportunity to be trained in brand's suite of products and techniques. You will provide exceptional services by offering personalized advice and product recommendations of the product range to meet the unique needs of each customer.
We provide an attractive remuneration package with a fixed basic salary and attractive sales commission. You will receive on-the-job training and career progression.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their hair care needs and concerns. Provide expert advice on suitable products and routines.
- Stay up to date with the latest hair care products, trends, and techniques. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the products available in the store.
- Drive sales through effective product recommendations and cross-selling techniques. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing haircare products.
- Educate customers on proper hair care practices and product usage. Offer tips and tricks for maintaining healthy hair.
- Ensure the haircare section is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Assist with inventory management and product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the store manager. Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of haircare products and treatments
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers with great customer service skills.
- Highly Motivated and Aggressive for sales
- Proven experience as a Hairstylist or Hair Therapist working in a retail or salon environment.
