The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our members, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our members.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Greet members and visitors in a warm and friendly manner as they enter the gym.
- Assist members with inquiries regarding membership plans, class schedules, equipment usage, etc.
- Provide assistance to prospects and highlight key features and amenities.
- Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor gym facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond to member feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Administrative duties - maintain accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and feedback in the gym's database.
Requirements:
- Passionate in Fitness.
- Possesses a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics.
- Able to commit to shifts work including PH/weekends.
- Pro-active, work well independently and in a team.
- Performing basic administrative duties - good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
