In this exciting and fast-paced role you will be working across APAC (including China, North Asia, South Asia & ANZ) supporting the Head of L&H Actuarial, APAC in the management of all L&H group reserving activities with a key focus on IFRS17, Solvency II and any other projects. Job Description

• Assess to identify the speech, language and communication difficulties of our school aged children (7 to 18 years) with ASD
• Provide appropriate intervention plans and exercise decision making skills to choose appropriate therapeutic strategies specific to the profile of the student.
• Case discussions and contribute to case management team meetings.
• Educate and provide consultation and training to teachers, coaches, parents and other stakeholders.
• Providing Augmentative and Alternative Communication intervention such as visuals supports, Voice Output Communication Aids, Hi tech Aids with communication Apps for students.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from an institution recognized by the Allied Health Professional Council (Singapore)

Senior Occupational Therapist

Job Description:

• Provide assessment/evaluation and implement intervention for individuals diagnosed with Autism aged 7‐18 years old and aged 18‐55 years old
• Perform centre‐wide screening to determine therapy service necessity, utilising methods such as conducting screening tools, interview, document review, direct observations, and case deliberation meetings with teachers, coaches, co‐therapists, and department head to provide timely and quality therapy services to our beneficiaries.
• Assist in building up the school curriculum helping in Daily Living Skills domain in collaboration with the school department heads and special education teachers
• Develop individualised education programme for the students in collaboration with the special education teachers and participate in parent‐teacher conferences
• Responsible for administering standardised tools for assessment and creating 'sensory diet' for the students/clients
• Implement goals and activities set for the student/client directly or in coordination with the special education teachers/coaches
• Plan relevant instructional activities for ongoing implementation in the classroom in coordination with the special education teachers/coaches
• Provide home instruction program, actual demonstration of OT treatment/handling procedures to teachers, coaches, parents, and caregivers for the continuity of OT management in the classroom and at home
• Responsible for providing training for the staff and parents/caregiver of students/clients under the program
• Responsible for conducting self‐regulating strategies to achieve individual/students' maximum level of arousal necessary for learning
• Perform documentations such as OT initial evaluation, Individualized Education Plan (IEP), progress reports, OT notes, task analysis reports, and discharge planning
• Serve as on‐site clinical supervisor overseeing occupational therapy interns

A Guest Services Executive - Fitness Club is responsible for conducting fitness programs and assessments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while promoting the facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What will I be doing?

As a Guest Services Executive - Fitness Club, you are responsible for conducting fitness programs and assessments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Guest Services Executive - Fitness Club will also be required to schedule adequate staff coverage. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Knowledgeable about the products and services offered in the Fitness Centre and Spa
• Manage all financial transactions (credit cards and cash) and general administration at the reception
• Handle issuance of towels and locker keys and minimize loss of items
• Handle sales of health and retail items offered at the reception
• Solicit feedback from guests to share with Fitness Club Manager
• Ensure that Fitness Centre Members and Guests receive efficient, friendly, consistent, and personalized service
• Ensure the safety of Team Member, Fitness Centre Members and Guests at all times
• Ensure cleanliness of the Fitness Club, changing rooms and pool area (including deck chairs, cabanas and umbrellas)
• Coordinate with the Pool Bar team to provide assistance on agreed level of service at the pool (including the serving of ice water and cold towels on arrival)
• Ensure that the pool is maintained to the highest standards, which requires the engagement of external vendors to provide specialized equipment and expertise in pool cleaning
