In this role, you will help clients maximise the commercial value of their assets, portfolio, and organisation while building excellence in the commercial organisation. You will also help companies market and sell more effectively in an environment increasingly dominated by third-party payers. You will:
· Builds positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams
· Significantly contributes to the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organisation, as well as internally at Syneos Health. Understands, communicates, and maintains project scope, approach, budget, resource allocations, and timelines
· Accountable for project activities and leverages internal tools and tracking systems to ensure project objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively. Must be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities to achieve goals and targets.
· Establishes a trusted advisor relationship with the client through being personable, trust, credibility, and reliability
· Strategically identifies and evaluates relevant secondary research data sources (analytically and scientifically based). Using research from competitive pipelines, company websites, prescribing information, epidemiology information, and syndicated reports, a Senior Consultant summarises complex industry, market, client portfolio, and product data and trends in a clear and comprehensive manner.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree business or lifescience
· Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work
· Prior experience with analysing patient-level claims data
· Ability to develop relevant client deliverables autonomously
· Demonstrated project management experience
