We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin Payroll professional to join our dynamic startup team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing all aspects of payroll processing and administration within our organization. The HR Admin Payroll professional will be responsible for ensuring that all employee compensation is processed accurately and timely, while adhering to relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries and providing excellent customer service to employees regarding their compensation-related issues. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive payroll data. Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information in the HRIS system.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and other related issues.
• Coordinate with the HR team to manage employee benefits and deductions accurately within payroll processes.
• Support the annual payroll budget preparation and other financial activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in payroll administration and knowledge of payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to payroll.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing payroll data.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with HRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and management.

Job Description - Human Resource Generalist/Executive - Singapore Office [New Startup]

• Maintain employee records, filing systems and updated employee database.
• Ensure employees understand and comply with Company’s policies and procedures.
• Handle a full spectrum of human resource activities, including payroll, recruitment, retention, resignation, employee benefits, training development and performance.
• Liaise with government statutory bodies such as MOM, IRAS etc for any requirement matters and staff yearly taxation submission.
• Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all levels.
• Design and overseas impactful training programs that foster employee growth and career advancement.
• Create a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering open communication, strong employee relations, and high engagement.

• At least Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resource management
• Able to work with minimum supervision and self-starter sufficient.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office 365, excel, word, PowerPoint.
