The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and providing support to the relevant department in various areas. Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including creating job postings, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administer various HR policies and procedures, including employee onboarding, leave management, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate training and development programs, including identifying training needs and organising training sessions,
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HR files, preparing HR reports, and handling HR-related correspondence.
• Assist in managing employee relations, such as handling complaints and conducting employee surveys.
• Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages, including processing payroll and managing employee benefits.

Requirements
