The role holder is responsible to serve as a HR partner to the Principals, Country Director Management on HR-related issues for International School under GSG in Singapore. The role holder will play a crucial role in promoting a positive work environment and supporting the success of the organization through effective HR practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership

•  Leads the HR function within the country for all the campuses of the school.

Financial

•  Manages operations to hit performance metrics for the HR team in the country.

Interaction and People Focus

•  Works closely with the Recruitment teams and hiring managers, sharing forecasting needs and role requirements.

•  Works closely with the Training team, encouraging employees on various trainings and identifying training needs in the country.

POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
