What You Will Learn:
- Understand the full recruitment cycle, from attraction, selection, offering, and closing to onboarding.
- Assist in gathering client requirements and sourcing the right candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews, learning effective candidate profiling techniques.
- Present shortlisted candidates to mentors and recommend profiles to prospective companies.
- Gain exposure to the offer process, including contract signing essentials.
- Manage your daily tasks to meet personal targets while contributing to team goals.
- Take on ad-hoc duties as needed to support the recruitment process.

- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Someone who is comfortable conducting interviews and building professional relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
