This role will take on a new leadership position in the Patec Group (comprising Patec subsidiaries and BIGL Group) and will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation and execution of HR systems, policies and practices in Corporate Office and regional sites. This role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the Group’s objectives and business needs and advise Management on HR-related matters
• Conduct and oversee full range of employment activities to meet the needs of the Group’s business units, including but not limited to recruitment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary procedures, exit process, record retention and training and development

• Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent and implement competitive employee benefit program
• Manage and advise Site HR teams on establishing and maintaining a stable and positive workforce with high employee engagement and managing employee relations

• Develop, analyse and monitor HR reports, metrics and effectiveness of HR programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR related discipline
• At least 8 to 10 years of practical HR managerial experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Possess sound knowledge and experience in labour laws and HR best practices in regional countries
• Independent, highly driven, team-builder and high integrity
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication, problem-solving and people management skills
• Strong influencing and counselling skills with all levels of people

Annual Remuneration

S$120,000 to S$200,000 (excluding variable bonus)

The HR Data and Digital Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for providing support to operational setups where they form part of a HR organization and provides data insights to the broader organization.

This role works closely with cross functional colleagues such as Finance and IT with the primary focus of this role being to assist with the support and maintenance of HR data and digital platforms through data quality, system alignment and reporting requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyze data flows. Extract and collate data and write and maintain reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
• Responsible for loading data into the systems and driving data governance.
• Assists in providing accessibility, retrievability, security and protection of data in an ethical manner, maintaining and implementing information handling procedures
• Performs routine and schedules HRIS activities and supports all HRIS upgrades, patches, fixes, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing the HR strategy at the local level and ensuring the global HR calendar of activities is achieved within timelines
