We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to attract top talent for our clients.
The ideal candidate must have experience in recruiting for a variety of positions, including FnB, IT/Tech and any niche industries, including Web3. You should be able to work independently to source and screen candidates.
You will be earning for your own salary, supported by the company's resources. Daily sync-ups in office or online will be necessary, of course, to keep up the communication.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
- Manage the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Keep track of candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
- CEI ( Basic or KAH ) certificate is a Must-have.
- Minimum 3 year of proven experience as agency recruiter or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Boolean search methods
- Ability to advise software tools which can assist in candidate search
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of employment laws is a must
- Experience in work pass application will be advantageous
- Ability to manage time is essential
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience ( in any position or industry )
- Proficient and experience in the use of applicant tracking systems
- Minimum of 1 year experience with In-House Talent Acquisition will be advantageous
