Job Responsibilities

- Work closely with the management and business unit heads to meet the business' HR needs.

- Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures

- Assessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs

- Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs

- Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits

- Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labour laws

- Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team

- Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers

Requirements

- Min 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role,

Accounts Tasks:

• Perform general administrative work
• Invoicing
• Updating of petty cash
• Processing of issuing cheque and payments.
• Responding to customers enquiries and incoming emails
• Generate monthly debtors’ statement of accounts and debts collection
• Generate sales quotation
• Liaise with sub-contractors, vendors for purchase and general purchase
• Procure cleaning essentials and stationery
• and ad-hoc assignments requested by the Manager in charge.

HR Tasks:

• Follow up on staff attendance, medical leave & annual leave
• Handle the company's and staff's insurance
• Attend to payroll feedback & queries from staff
• Handle full spectrum of recruitment (to advertise, shortlist & interview candidates)
• Handle the application and renewal of work passes
• Maintain employee, HR records & documentation
• Handle employee's monthly payroll cycles, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A, Year Income Tax Assessment
• Organize all company events
• Support to operations team eg. monitor of workers attendance list, clearance and reports
• Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Required:

• Minimum 2 year of working experience in Accounts
• Good knowledge of MOM, CPF & IRAS regulations
• Familiar with QuickHR system will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• A team player with good communication skills
• Positive working attitude
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Oversee the data management, HR payment(non-payroll) and claims administration functions in HR Shared Services.
• Serve as the Data Steward for HR system (Employee Central, Onboarding & Claims) in ensuring data accuracy & integrity.
• Serve as the Product Owner for Pfile Digitalization and oversee vendors, payment and Pfile server related matters.
• Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of division workplan.
• Lead projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters.
• Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field
• At least 12 years of relevant HR experience (including 5 years or more leadership experience).
• Management experience in data management and/or payment and claims operations.
• Strong HR system, MS Office, SharePoint knowledge.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills and able to handle complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
• Exhibit strong people management skills and competent in motivating and developing team(s).
