What you'll be doing

• Handling end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

• Assisting with the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management (within 20 headcounts)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

• Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and challenges, providing HR solutions that align with business strategies.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.

Change Management:
