POSITION OVERVIEW:

2. Address any concerns or issues clients or candidates raise promptly and effectively, seeking resolution professionally.
3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients and candidates to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

1. Maintain accurate records of applicant’s profiles, client preferences, and service agreements using our database or CRM system.
2. Generate reports as needed to track recruitment metrics, client satisfaction levels, and other key performance indicators.
3. Assist with other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.

• Serve as a recruitment assistant to provide end to end support for company’s recruitment needs, including sourcing for candidates, managing candidates, overseeing selection, and managing onboarding

Responsibilities

• Act as a payroll checker for SEA region such as Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
• Ensure alignment of HR policies, tools and processes at group level
• Review SEA payroll on monthly basis and ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements
• Assist in both internal and external audits
• Collate monthly regional headcount and recruitment reports
