Job Responsibilities
- As a generalist , providing full spectrum HR support to the stakeholder.
- Act as a consultant to provide advice and support to the leader for succession planning and talent retention and acquisitions.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the HR function and review the HR policies whenever is needed.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 – 9 years of HR experiences in banking environment.
- Function as a maker role.
- Good stakeholder management.
- Good and professional communication skills in English.
