Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements

Job Summary

The Recruiter Specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with company hiring goals. This role delivers the HR Value Proposition, in support of the People Strategy, through the efficient and efficacious functioning of HR processes. This includes staff attraction, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, learning and development, SDR process and HRIS.

Responsibilties

• Support HR site administration in Sharepoint in consultation with IT.

• HR Projects - This may include Staff Wellness, Digital or Productivity-related continuous improvement projects.
• Survey Support for Ministry of Manpower, SNEF surveys as needed.
• Address staff-related queries to above-mentioned.
