Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Source potential candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document preparation and orientation coordination.
• Assist in managing communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies tailored to the tech industry.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and analytics for management review.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the tech industry.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and various sourcing techniques.

Job Description:

• Maintain and update HR records, streamline HR processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
• Responsible of government statistic / MOM survey and submission. - Responsible for all Government’s claim submission, such as Maternity Leave claim, NS Claim, Childcare leave claim etc.
• Manages and implementing all aspects of Human Resources functions, strategies and initiatives including policies, systems / processes, procedures, talent management, operational improvement and organization development to align the workforce management with the overall strategic goals of the company.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Assist in human resource related projects
• Assist in the coordination of HR events and programmes
• Any other duties as assigned.

Your Background

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3 year’ HR-related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of local labour legislation
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese speaking colleagues)
