Responsibilities

• Business Development: Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
• Account Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
• Talent Acquisition: Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
• Candidate Management: Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in ANY Discipline
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development with good business acumen
• Possess enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people

The successful incumbent will be part of a global data management team leveraging system knowledge to maintain organization data in Workday and ensuring global governance of data. In addition, the incumbent will work closely with Strategic Workforce Planning team globally to ensure compliance and organizational structure.

Requirements

• Degree with min 1 year OR diploma with 5 years of HR operations/organizational management/HRIS
• Entry level degree holders with internship experience welcome to apply too
• Strong communication skills
