Position Responsibilities:

• Much of a Recruitment Consultant work involve selling our services to potential clients, engaging them through cold, warm and hot calling.
• Performing preliminary screening such as interviewing, assessing, matching them with client vacancies.
• Will also handle succeeding processes such as scheduling, candidate preparation, job offer negotiation.
• Other day-to-day recruitment tasks such as job advertising, developing candidate pool, database management etc.

Position Requirements:

• GCE O level, Diploma in Business, Human Resource or similar field.
• Ideally with experience in Executive Search / Recruitment role.
• Preferably with comprehensive Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as required by MOM.

Role Overview

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our agency. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction. You will assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You are responsible for finding potential employers, screening and matching them to clients' available positions. You will create recruiting strategies and work with clients and candidates from the sourcing stage up until the ideal candidate is hired. You will meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets, have an active client-facing role, create and manage recruitment opportunities, and are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle.

• Experience in employment agency in Singapore is preferred;

• Past sales experiences, comfortable with cold call.

• Prior experience in recruitment of maid agency, construction, manufacturing or service sector is an advantage

• Find clients and build a network/ long-term relationships

• Sourcing and supplying candidates (For construction, manufacturing, service industry, F&B, etc…)

• Screening /Assessing of the candidates before proposing to clients

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven track records in recruitment, sales, business development or similar experience

• Confident, sales driven and results oriented
