Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, interviewing, recruiting, consulting, communication, and more. The job has a lot of on the phone and in-person work, working with managers and job candidates to fine-tune staffing needs. Collaboration is key to the success of our company.

Location: Woodlands (Woods square)
No experiences required. Training provided.
Basic + Commissions + incentives (Attractive commission package)
Basic: $2500-$3200 depending on qualifications and experiences

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Oversee the APAC recruitment cycle, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and managing interview processes, offer letters, and employment contracts.
• Manage seamless onboarding, including payroll, benefits setup, and company access for new hires.

Human Resources Processes & Compliance

• Ensure compliant and efficient HR operations across APAC, maintaining alignment with local labor laws.
• Update HR policies and handbooks to meet both corporate and local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of employee records to maintain accuracy and address potential issues.
• Stay informed on APAC labor laws and ensure adherence to company policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

HR Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, advising leadership on talent, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify and address employee relations issues, offering solutions that align with company policies.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6-10 years in HR management, ideally in fast-paced, global companies; experience with US-based companies is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Singapore & APAC HR Regulations, principles & best practices.
• Extensive understanding of HR regulations, principles, and best practices in Singapore and the APAC region
