- Work with key stakeholders to identify and address emerging learning and development needs.
- Lead the annual learning needs analysis to develop the organization's comprehensive Learning Plan.
- Oversee the preparation and management of the yearly training budget.
- Source and collaborate with external partners for customized training content and delivery, negotiate agreements, and manage contracts in coordination with the Corporate Legal team.
- Update and review employee orientation materials regularly to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain and update the Training Calendars in the HR portal, including onboarding and corporate training schedules.
- Coordinate and manage in-house and external training programs that align with business objectives, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with training vendors to arrange schedules, materials, costs, venues, and other logistical details to ensure seamless execution of the training plan.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and assessments. Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
- Respond to ad-hoc training requests as needed.
- Manage the administration of training bonds.
- Handle applications and claims for training-related grants (e.g., Training Grant, Absentee Payroll).
- Generate and track training reports and program utilization metrics.
- Address employee queries related to Training Policy and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a HR (L&D) AND HR Operations focused role
- Candidate must be Proficiency in MS office especially Excel
- Candidate must have High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
- Candidate must have Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
