• Work with key stakeholders to identify and address emerging learning and development needs.
• Lead the annual learning needs analysis to develop the organization's comprehensive Learning Plan.

• Respond to ad-hoc training requests as needed.
• Manage the administration of training bonds.
• Handle applications and claims for training-related grants (e.g., Training Grant, Absentee Payroll).
• Generate and track training reports and program utilization metrics.
• Address employee queries related to Training Policy and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a HR (L&D) AND HR Operations focused role
• Candidate must be Proficiency in MS office especially Excel
• Candidate must have High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
• Candidate must have Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
