Key scope:

• Incumbent will be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in areas of performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, welfare, grievance handling, learning & development, establishing and implementing polices, HR administration and reporting.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• 5 to 8 years HR Generalist work experience

• Possess good knowledge of the employment related legislations and advisories e.g Employment Act and MOM guidelines
• People-oriented, self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
• Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-versed in MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking work environment
• Analytical and proactive to take initiative and work effectively as team
