We are an ambulance company with 110-120 employees to date. Our company has been established since 2007, and we provide emergency and non-emergency medical transport within Singapore. We also provide medical coverage for events. Your responsibilities:

1) Human Resource

• Daily data-entry of all employees' timesheets, overtime, and leave
• Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker passes
• Assist in the recruitment of new workers
• Prepare all employment-related documents
• Processing of all leave and claims, such as Maternity Leave, Childcare leave, Medical Leave, Annual Leave, NS leave, etc
• Payroll (Knowlege of Frontier HR Software)

2) Administrative

• Processing of employees' registration for courses and claims for eligible grants and schemes
• Recording and monitoring of employee certificates, and performing timely renewal as needed
• Issuance of receipt books, billing books, casualty record books, etc
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
• Application, disbursement, and monitoring of petrol cards that are assigned to the drivers by management
• Handling of company's vehicle-related matters, such as yearly inspection and insurance renewal

We are looking for the following qualities in applicants:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• We do not need applicants with previous employment in medical-related companies, but you will need to be adaptable to learn the requirements of our industry
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Be able to work well in a team with the office administrators and management staff
• Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel (including use of Pivot tables)
• Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations
• Ability to start immediately or within 2 weeks of acceptance of job offer
• Able to communicate with Chinese Speaking staff

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Job Description – People Executive

• Provide support to HR team in the day-to-day operations
• Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement/documents retrieval
• Work Passes application, renewal & related matters
• Keep track of BFHC/Work pass renewals, confirmation,
• On-boarding & Off-boarding administrative support
• Update and maintain employees' record in HRIS
• Administer required security accesses in accordance to CAG requirements
• Manage training updates and arrange training for staff and administer internships from school & Corporate training initiatives
• Coordination for new and exiting employees , with monthly status report to APAC
• Responsible to safe keep and provide proper filing of all HR documents confidentially
• Accurate and prompt update to HRIS
• Pantry supply replenishment
• Office administration
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned and HR project works

Requirements:-

• Minimum ITE/Diploma Holder in Human Resource Management
• Independent and confident to carry out assignment in an efficient and effective manner
• Meticulous, organized, pro-active and able to work under pressure
• Task oriented work ethics
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player
• IT savvy and Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word
• Experience in the Food industries will be preferred
• Can commence work immediately will be preferred
