We are looking for experienced recruiters in the Technology Sector to manage the full recruitment life cycle in partnership with key organisational stakeholders. The recruiter is expected to understand market trends, engage talents on organisational opportunities, driving onboarding efforts for hired candidates, and enhance candidate experience.

Role: Recruiter (Technology Sector)

Working Hours: 5 Days work week, 08:30am - 6pm

Duration: Contract 2 years (Subject to extension)

Salary: Up to $5,000

Key responsibility areas include:

• Advise Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies to attract talents, and be recognised as a subject matter expert for recruitment matters.
• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle. This includes engaging key organisational stakeholders to gather candidate requirements, sourcing, interviewing/assessing candidates together with stakeholders, and managing offers including compensation discussions for selected candidates.
• Build relationships and engage talent in the market.
• Identify passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
• Design and provide excellent end-to-end candidate experience.
• Understand and lead adoption of suitable recruitment, data analytics and social media tools, for effective candidate sourcing, assessment and engagement.
• Proactively and continually improve recruitment processes and systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, as well as optimum candidates/department experience.
• Draft hiring notes to approve the hiring of candidates into the organisation.

Job Purpose:

The Overseas Operations Support serves as a crucial contributor to the management of HR Operations for the whole group of companies regionally, excluding China. The primary focus is to support the HR Director in running the organization, establishing best practices, and actively contributing to the enhancement of existing HR processes for efficient management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to payroll and insurance and also to act as Benefits advisory and support for all regional offices except China.
• Administer and coordinate benefits enrolment and renewals, leave of absence, worker’s compensation processes, health insurance, retirement plans, travel and visa arrangement, training, and other fringe benefits.
• Conduct market reviews to design strategies for proposals ensuring Company benefits packages and policies are compliant.
• Manage and process payroll & benefits and handle employee-related issues for regional offices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource/Business Admin or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years' Human Resource experience, with prior HR generalist/business partnering experience for a commercial team in JPAC being an advantage.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and ensure positive on-boarding & off-boarding experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/ Degree with at least 1-3 years of HR generalist experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Resilient and organized, with a strong sense of urgency and work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of local legislation.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
