Key Responsibilities

• Work on ERP harmonization and migration to the latest S4 HANA.
• Hands-on experience with trouble shooting data replication issues between SuccessFactors to S/4 HANA or ECC.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in managing HRIS on ECC or S/4 HANA and integration between SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA or ECC.
• Hands-on experience in migration, design and configuration with at least 3 S4 HANA/ECC HCM implementation experience cycles – Personnel & Organization Management, Singapore Payroll, Time & Attendance / Overtime Management.
• Strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches including SAP Integration Suite
• Good project management and delivery skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions to business requirements & issues
• Experience in data analytics and/or visualization (e.g. using SAP Analytics Cloud, Stories, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI etc.) will be added advantages.
• Familiar with S/4 HANA LSMW, ABAP, PFCG.
• Know how in SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on design and configuration with at least 3 S4 HANA/ECC HCM implementation experience cycles.
