Oversee the full spectrum of HR activities for the Head Office in Singapore and provide HR and people-related advice for Asia locations, including Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
Handle the end-to-end employee life cycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, retention, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
Identify challenges within organizations and devise solutions, demanding exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Plan, implement, and assess employee engagement activities. Ensure the effectiveness of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Collaborate with the CEO and Leadership members to facilitate workforce planning, organizational design, recruitment practices, candidate selection, and onboarding.
Work closely with outsourced Payroll vendors and HR Information System platforms for payroll, benefits, and leave tracking.
Ensure statutory compliance with MOM guidelines, including CPF, FWL, and IRAS contributions and submissions.
Assist managers in regularly assessing performance, identifying talents, and supporting employee management.
Coordinate external training programs based on employee and business needs.
Play a crucial role as a recruiter in meeting clients' staffing needs.
Handle the entire spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters.
Conduct interviews and phone screenings, selecting potential candidates to meet client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Post job openings and oversee the recruitment process.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Supervise the use of HRIS to manage employee data.
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Establish connections and build relationships with business partners, job seekers, and existing accounts.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Provide insights and recommendations for organizational development.
Study financial data for businesses, some math skills are essential for this job

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Possession of a Bachelor's / Master Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
A highly motivated individual with a strong inclination for sales and a keen interest in continuous learning.
Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in prospecting, developing, and closing leads for new business, and/or a track record of achieving sales objectives in the HR technology, software, and/or HR-related services market is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders, leveraging a profound understanding of business drivers, value expectations, and components of a business case.
Effective negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in networking within business settings as needed.
Competency in utilizing corporate productivity tools and web presentation tools.
